Hi Fishes, I've accepted offer from Accenture from their portal.. But now got new offer from EY and wants to join at EY. So how can I tell Accenture Accenture India that I'm not going to join them. Rather than not showing up on the date of joining? Can you please guide me? How do I let them know? My talent coach is not reachable

You can redeem for airline travel and still get qualifying miles.
You can transfer to Hyatt points and book hotel stays which count for nights.
Can transfer to some airlines also at 1:1 e.g. united for when you want an award ticket
And the $300 travel credit effectively makes it a $150 annual fee. Priority Pass access can nearly make it a fee free card if you get use out of those lounges.
Having had 35 or so credit cards over the past years (I've been cycling thru cards for the sign-up bonus), the CSR is easily the best card out there. Like others have mentioned, you can often get better value transferring the points to a few of the partners that have high-value points. Of the partners with points that are relatively easy to redeem, Hyatt is the best option, followed by United and Southwest
EY1, it's actually 3 points for all travel...each point is conservatively worth 1.8 cents though, so that's a 5.4 cent value
For sure, 1.5 is worse case if you use to book air, can get better value on other exchanges. Point is, legit card.
You also earn way more than a point per dollar- 5 points for hotels, 3 for dining etc. And worst case is redeem for 1.5 cents per point for air
