Hi Fishes, I joined LTI on 21st Nov as Specialist- Product Engineering. While HR discussion, hr told me that this for LTI product FOSFOR. After joining one person gave me assignment on java+react js, which I completed and shown to them. Now they said your RM will get you a project.. The pandemic took all the upside of an IB analyst life (client meetings in person, fancy trips, suit up, worshiped at networking events) and left all the juniors with the downside (long hours, monkey-like type of job, aggressive work environment).

Not that the complaints are not sort of legitimate but you may need to revise the decision-making process that led you to accept a return offer. Specially if you were looking for less hours.

I have a partner on my project who is full of feedback and suggestions but has never once said thank you to the team for their hard work or acknowledged our strengths. He comes off as very lecturey but the project is going according to plan and the client is happy. I think a little positive feedback would go a long way. Would it be rude of me as PM to ask the partner to strike a more positive, encouraging tone in meetings?

What’s the biggest difference between a Brand Director and a Director of Marketing & Communications?

I absolutely hate creating tactical maps/ecosystems/plumbing charts etc. I love actually working on developing brand plans and tactics- and even the understanding of channels. Should I change fields? What else is there?
