Is there a difference between a Director at Deloitte and one at KPMG?
I recently made Director at KPMG and have been offered a similar role at Deloitte; compensation is slightly more but doesn’t come with PA Support and the bonus structure sounds vague. Anyone else out there with experience at both firms know more? Thanks!

Need some suggestions: My current company is on a layoff spree and 2 rounds are already done and I can foresee another round coming very soon.

While I am trying to switch to other companies, I’m not able to reveal the real reason from my side for the job change, as if I say, it’s because of layoff fears than it’ll reduce my negotiation power.
