I have declared my investments in tax declaration portal , still I see in monthly salary that there is huge tax deduction.
In my previous organization, once I declared my investments in the tax portal , then my salary was very less affected by tax deduction.
But in ey india , I don't see any effect after declaring my investments.
Kindly help me how to declare investments so that there will be less tax deductions from my salary .

Today I got a call saying that from TCS and asked me, have you attended any interview I said yes and also said documents uploaded. Looking for advice... 5 months ago I went from Higher Education (HE) Law Firm. I was so excited to move on and was offered about $16K more in my salary.

Today I find myself not excited about my current job and since the firm is much smaller than my last job in HE I feel like there is less growth opportunities. Anyone struggling with imposter syndrome? When I worked for a very well known Fortune500 tech company I couldn't help but feel major imposter syndrome. One- I am a woman in a male dominated industry, I didn't go to a prestigious school like most of my peers and I just didn't think I deserved to be there. Which do you use (if any estate planning) and why? Recently talked with a layer on getting a will and they are trying to steer me to a trust.

Demographics for ref: 30, live in GA, unmarried, no kids, no real estate (yet, planning to buy after market cools). I don’t envision I’ll amass a ton of physical assets over my life so really just need to say where my various $ accts go (401k, pension, IRA, etc)
