Y'all got a union or anything? You can certainly try to make something happen with other employees, but you gotta be ready to experience some pushback.
You can go up to your colleagues one by one in person so that there is no paper trail. If everyone is on board then go for it.

Talking to your leadership team can help.
Talking to your benefit team can help.
Just be prepared to learn about the true cost of benefits. It is not as easy as “just negotiate better rates or change carriers.”
You should speak with human resources and your management about it. Be adamant about it. Bring cold hard facts to the meetings if you can.
How often do you have open forums or employee feedback sessions or surveys,gather a group and raise similar concerns…target your concern to decision makers,it should work..good luck
