Here's a wannabe coach who needs some guidance. I am 26 y/o, have worked in research and corporate world. As i entered the adult world and started working when 20y/o i missed the time i used to volunteer for organizations talking about leadership and motivation. I have a job that fulfills me, working in a top company blah blah but i don't feel i am giving to the world. Social media makes me feel people need guidance. I want be a coach but what's the best way to start?

Nagarro offering 27 max and 3lakh joining bonus.
Tech stack and yoe: AWS + NodeJS and 6.4 yoe

Intiatially they told they are considering me for staff engineer role but after interview they are offering associate staff engineer. Is it worth to join?

Planning to take the CIPP and CIPM. Will be doing self-study. What is the “book” everyone refers to for studying? Is it just the “study guide” the IAPP sells? Wonder if anyone can offer advice on which cert to pursue next? I obtained my CompTIA Security+ last year and wondering if I should go for the CySA+ or Pentest+ next. I also have my AWS CCP and will be sitting for the Solutions Architect soon as well. Currently not doing security stuff at work but would love to keep my skills going. Anyone else having trouble finding free fraud based CPE trainings? My job does not pay for these things so I wasnt sure if anyone else had a solution or source. I need 4 more hours of fraud based CPE and havent found much on ACFE or AICPA that I can use. Ive joined a local CFE chapter but not much is going on with it.
