Is there any value for AWS SysOps /w Security certification?

Looking to transition from consulting to secops and this seems like a good path. Any recommendations?

I got offer letter from Standard Chartered Bank.

During HR discussion they told it's for senior manager but they have offered me band 7 manager role
Should I ask for Senior manager role for 7 years experience and MBA or stick to manager grade

PS: Am happy with Pay they are offering and there is no change in it as per HR discussion

I just started training for the Google UX certification with hopes that may better prepare me. Any other suggestions? Words of advice on how to best make this transition?

Help with a lease takeover:

I am going through the process to takeover someone’s lease in a condo building. There are 18 months left on the lease. Just received a verbal offer for Deloitte Advisory SC Cyber role. Currently SC (1st year, 107k) at EY but realize that SC at Deloitte is slightly more senior (analyst->consultant->SC vs consultant->SC). Happy at EY but also interested in maximizing income. What would be reasonable comp to make this jump worthwhile? Is it really true that the best way to increase comp is this type of jump (as I’ve heard on this app)?
