Is this micromanaging?
Long story short. I work in indie game company. My AD wants me to switch software just because they find it more comfortable for themselves. They say that illustrator produces crispier results than photoshop. I’ve been in the industry 10+ years. I can use both. I have the skillset to produce top notch graphics and if I want it “crispy” I just work in higher resolution. It makes 0 sense to me to use vectors for anything game related that’s not running on flash.

Do you count internships towards your years of experience? I did 20 months all together interning but not sure if that moves my needle from mid to senior when job hunting.

I mean what is the time of the year where requirements in most of the companies are at pick?

Like in Dec and March you will see less requirement due to Christmas and financial year ending. Similar what is the best period?

Because in my previous switch, 15 days were wasted due to Christmas and in March lot of requirements went on hold due to financial year ending.

CCTC - 7.2 LPA
Tech - Networking and Security

Conflicted between both as I believe Cisco has a better brand value and great company to work for. But the offer from Verizon is competitive.

Is it a good idea to renegotiate with Cisco based on current offer from Verizon. Please share your thoughts.

I have an associate's degree in graphic design and work designing wedding stationery. I've been at my company since 2016, and am now a design consultant - speaking to customers directly and creating custom artwork and designs for them.
