Hi everyone I have been having major energy issues lately. Once it gets dark, the second it gets dark my energy levels just drop and all I want to do is lay on the couch and watch TV, and lately that’s been around 4:30 pm here. Any recommendations on how to get over this slump?

I feel so bad. Almost 30..pcos/no ovulation/high testost/anovulatory/cysts. Lean but unhealthy. I’m talking low iron (14 I found out today),low all vitamins, prediabetic..phew! Taking metformin and progesterone to start my period again 🤓 It’s no wonder I’m not under the earth but self-care is so important. Hoping for 👶🏽 results with my RE once she helps me get my act together 🥺

Hello! I have been a Pharmacy Technician for about 9 years now and I need to move on. My salary is in the mid 50s which is considered high for this role, so there is little opportunity to advance with this title. I've been applying relentlessly to other positions within and outside of my company. I have a BS in Biology and MS in Health Systems Management, but have struggled to land something else that I'd like to do in healthcare/pharmacy that pays better. Any suggestions??

I’m hoping someone might have some ideas about this- I’m currently five years out of law school with a clerkship, a tax LLM, 3 years of experience doing transactional tax work and a few months of EC/VC experience (which I recently switched to from tax). I like the EC/VC work, but I don’t know how long I want to stay in biglaw. Can anyone weigh in on how employers for in-house roles might look at my experience in a year or two?

What options are there for a midlevel litigation associate to leave biglaw life? I live in a HCOL area, so pay is a consideration. But I know litigators are more limited in things like in-house exit opportunities.
