I’m seriously thinking about looking for something else. The last few increases have been disappointing, and people are leaving and getting substantial increases. .I’m starting to feel stupid for staying.
If the roles pay more elsewhere bounce. I haven't found anything elsewhere that pays as well as what I'm making now.
Nope!!! The CEO and other higher ups are though.
They always do!
WELL our 1% raises this year helped (eye roll)
I guess that's what happens when you have shareholders to pay!
Hard no
Pro
Nobody's is.
Mine is. I got a 10% raise last spring and a promotion in the winter, plus another 3% increase this spring.
Nope not at all
Well, now you are making me not feel so bad about my 2% raise. I did however get a decent bonus,c which I am not complaining about, but would still like to see the annual perpetual increase.
But since I am paid pretty well from my point of view, I don't make a big deal of it.
Sadly, the dollar raise that I got this year actually resulted in me taking home $100 less money must’ve bumped my taxes up. The working man is a sucker.
1% like most.
Is 'industry benchmarking' backdoor wage suppression ?
Not at KP. I actually got a huge raise last year due to a "market adjustment."
Nope! 3% raise was presented to me as a GREAT increase for "exceeding expectations". All after the company meetings with the CEO talking about how much we grew, how profitable we were, blah blah blah. Also, lower bonus so total comp ends up being LESS than last year. Such a joke
My comp was actually cut this year, so nope!
I'm getting by but I could be in better shape for sure.
No, 2% and bonuses stopped 3 years ago
Looking for part time job to pay the bills
Yes. A few years ago KP started incorporating "market adjustments" in addition to merit increases. Mine was something like 7% last year, plus a 3% merit raise. That reflects what they have to pay new people coming into roles like mine. I was pretty happy with my 10% raise!
Not one bit!
Other branches get paid more for the same role which makes me want to claw my eyes out. (Im at £23K but the same role goes for £26K to £32K). The excuses are making me look elsewhere for sure.
Wage increases seem to be a thing of the past
You all need to come over to KP!
No raises or bonuses for anyone in my division in 2025. Company did several waves of layoffs in other divisions in 2025 and 2026. Doubtful we will get any raises or bonuses in 2026 either.
