It hurts to pay an influencer my monthly salary for one post.

I manage the influencer budget. I just cut a check to a 22-year-old creator for $8,000 for a TikTok video. That is my entire month’s take-home pay. It’s hard not to feel like I’m in the wrong profession. Anyone else struggle with this?
