It's been 3 months I've been looking for consulting opportunities (post MBA) to switch but I was unable to find anything at a consultant level. I feel stuck, unappreciated with no learning and growth in my current organization and hence need a switch ASAP. What should I do?

Internship Program Help: Hi Everyone! I’ve never worked for a company with any type of internship program at all, let alone a really successful one. My new company thrives off our internship program, with many of our managers/directors having started as one themselves. I’d like to create more of a structure to this program but not even really sure where to begin. Is this merged role worth considering as someone young in the industry with more traditional intern and freelance copy experience.

Currently a paralegal at a small start up financial services company been there for just a little over a year. I wear “multiple hats” but more recently I’ve done a lot of PM work and some BA work.
