It's been 8 months since I lost my job. I took time off to get married, but getting back out there is so hard. The only company I worked at before wasn't FAANG, so interviews are rare. And now every new round of layoffs makes me question my worth against so much top talent. Is there any hope for a job applicant like myself, with 3 YOE?

How am I expected to bill 1900 hours when I only have 8 cases and when I ask for work no one responds. I even asked the partner in person for work and he said he was slow and didn’t have anything for me.This month I’ve only billed 80 hrs. Its making me anxious because I don’t want to get fired for low hours but also I’m a first year so will they have some mercy on me? Lol

Is a person bound to fail an interview if he is not prepared?

Planning to join OFSS as I will work in product development team and can work in any shift timings with WFH.

Today I had my 2nd round interview with EY GDS and got rejected.
Do I need to worry about this and feel low?
Could EY GDS would have been better instead of OFSS?
