It's been a month since my last interview at goldman sachs. HR called me few days after my last interview and discussed the compensation and other things. She told that it would take 2 week for all the approval process to complete. I called her after two weeks and asks for the same, she said that it's taking a lot of discussion and still in the approval stage, top management are deciding the compensation based on criticality of the role. Again she said the same. What's happening?
