I’ve applied to a couple of jobs at Facebook and just noticed that their career site says you should wait a year before applying to a second role. Does this seem right to people? Do they actually track that? I know Google prevents you from submitting additional applications after a few but I was about to submit 3 to Facebook without an issue.

Very specific to retail and/or hospitality in-house roles: has anyone found a good solution for predictive scheduling? Our retail division has one set of software for scheduling and one for payroll, and neither of them can handle predictive scheduling compliance issues unless they’re used for both the scheduling and payroll functions. During the interview, If the interviewer recommended you to talk to somebody else in the firm but not the original rescheduled interviewers,what does that mean? After the recommendation, he stopped asking me questions. And the conversation only covered about 60% of the whole interview timeline. Shall I follow up with him about the ‘mentioned talk’?
