Hi Fishes, I grabbed an offer at Accenture with 12 LPA fixed for Level 9. I'm not getting a retention offer from my current company at 13.5 lpa. How do I go about a counter offer with Accenture HR? Also tell me how to approach this situation smoothly.
If HR doesn't fulfill the counter offer, is it ok to accept 12 lpa fixed for Level 9 and when will I get a hike here and how much would it be approximately?

Bain & Company Contemplating a move from Accenture Strategy to Strategy&, or Monitor Deloitte. Part of my consideration is the assumption that WLB is likely to be better than at McKinsey & Company, Boston Consulting Group, or Bain & Company. Could any of you fellow European fishies shed some light on the validity of this assumption? Sharing experiences would be highly appreciated.

It's just for some. The problem with Cerebral is that they allegedly aimed to prescribe stimulants to all of their patients. The regulatory landscape didn't change so much as they were the subject of a whistleblower complaint and are now being investigated.

Your doctor should be able to prescribe controlled substances with just a phone appt if they're comfortable with you. I check in every three months by phone and maybe once a year in person.
Bummer. I've done the XR + Adderall recipe when I was pulling crazy hours. My doctor was totally supportive. There are some that understand our profession. Good luck to you!
