Melatonin helps me getting to sleep but doesn't really do anything to keep me asleep. I would start with a low dosage like 2mg to get you started
Don’t start taking any medication. Find an herbal tea, workout more, stay active through the day, read. I’m sure you have tried all of these things or have been told the same advice. Do not take OTC meds. I have found BJJ to be exhausting, I get right to/stay asleep
