I’ve been offered a job at a startup with bonus and equity… I’m hesitant to take the risk but my spouse thinks that the equity will change our lives once the company IPO’s. How many of you here have actually reaped the benefits of equity and are rolling in the dough? Equity is so foreign to me growing up in the B4.

Big4 has clear trajectory and interesting work.

F100 has 14% bonus, perm remote, and immediate vesting 401k over 7%.
