I've been traveling throughout this pandemic and have 8 flights (connections a few times due to boi and cle travel) and im a little more sketched than usual. I wear a mask, don't eat or drink unless I am 6 feet away from others and wash hands and use the alcohol wipes before and after every flight. I've not had a problem yet, but all the news stories and anecdotes (none in my friend circle or family) are starting to worry me. Do you really think next week is going to be a covid spawning hell?

So as we were the first to get hit with COVID in NY, we are seeing declines in numbers now. Travelers are cut short of their contract, our hours are getting cut, and staffs are laid off. Got a call yesterday from HR that now staffs need to file for unemployment to compensate for the lost hours. We risked our lives for this fight, now they are letting us go. Shit’s fucked.

where my canadians at? how strict is covid there? my friend is in toronto for work and the hotel found out he has covid. now they’re locking him in his room. is that legal? if so, what’s the protocol to break quarantine? hotel wouldn’t answer 🫠

Medicaid plans are so dysfunctional. Has anyone else experienced this? I feel like I’m being gas lighted after working for big commercial enterprises and now working on a Medicaid plan. I’ve never seen so much resistance to change or legit resistance to doing anything to improve operations.

Getting life insurance so they drug tested me. Now they want me to fill out a form that basically asks me to certify if I’ve EVER done any of these drugs. What the? Who hasn’t EVER?
