I’ve been trying to give my notice to my boss for about a week now. His calendar is so fucked that I can’t even get 15 mins to tell him the right way.

How many times do you follow-up with clients for an annual review? Do you email and call? I have emailed twice (no calls yet) but no response from the client. Keep trying or wait for them to reach out to you at this point?

Anyone witness slackers who got into companies you have no idea how? Had a coworker who does jack chit at work besides chatting on Facebook yet lands at a faang company? I guess if he brings the same work ethic he will be spit out for sure. Or maybe he just had no interest in doing project work.

How do you deal with a manager who expects 3 months of work overnight? I have tried structuring , creating a plan to show him how the activities are being executed. Has anyone had a Manager that does not work well with your ADHD? Im going through this right now and the way they communicate doesn’t match what I need. If I ask questions, they huff and puff.
