Terrible experiences with the company. When I was there in 20 and 21 if you wanted to take vacation time you had to find a replacement, like wtf. I guess they don't really care much and you are basically easily replaceable. Only as good as whomever your supervisor/account manager is.
It depends on the contract. Some have paid vacation and others will have annual bonuses. You would need to get with your manager to discuss. You should also be able to look on eHub to see if you have any vacation time.
And there some of the post we are on the company don't a appreciate the hard hard work that everybody does and you know just be easy just give us some raise so we can live
For some reason I have worked for the company for over 6 years now. usually once you've been with the company for a year you will start earning PTO. the more years you work for the company the more PTO you will earn. I know where I work if you want to take time off and use your PTO you have a website that's through the company you have to go on to in order to put in a request for time off. if your request gets approved which I've never had any issues with it not getting approved then my account manager find someone to cover for me so I can take time off. Thankfully I've never had to find my own coverage so I can take time off.
100%I worked out of their El Paso TX location. As soon as you question something they will "Transfer you to another location -For lower pay." -A detail that is not disclosed and they will underpay you for mandatory overtime. Albert Duran is the biggest Phony that I worked for.
You should accure vacation time annually and PTO plus sick time depending on the laws of your state. In Oregon you receive 1 hour of sick time for every 30 hours worked and vacation time per our contact is if you have 1-3 years then you get 40 hour of paid vacation a year and if you have 4-10 years your get 80 hours a year which rolls over to the next year anything over 15 years you get 160 hours of vacation time.
Check your EHub application. Then goto hourly benefit. then you will see what you have available.
Also depends on the state. New Mexico has a mandatory PTO law that came into effect.
I worked for Allied for over 4 years. I was informed that they don't give pto or vacation time. You just get an extra check on the anniversary of your hire date. That was one of the few reasons why I quit.
