My tech stack is. java backend . Yoe - 2years. What should i do ? I want to join Nagarro, I resigned based on my Nagarro interview result also I hated TCS, hoping HR would call me in week . Pls guide me ? Why do these companies keep interviews when they don’t have vacancy?

I hate to say it, but it's almost definitely about not paying you benefits. That seems to be the main reason they have contract positions, at least from what I've seen. I even had a manager tell me as much, but he framed it as if they didn't have the budget to pay for healthcare for an assistant.
If they don't want to employ you to avoid paying benefits, what does that say about their financial stability? Seriously, I would move on to a place that believes your value is worth paying your benefits. A temp role should last a max of 6 months.
That's what it sounds like to me. Really crummy move on their part. You clearly bring a lot of value to them, or they wouldn't have bothered renewing your contract so many times. Being unwilling to pay you so you get insurance and a small 401k match is pretty pathetic.
