I’ve come to a realization that I want to be in a training role. In all of the positions I’ve had, the thing I loved best was teaching - teaching a new hire how to use the tools, teaching a client how to use a dashboard or teaching counterparts in other markets how to apply our planning process. It’s what has been most fulfilling. That said, there doesn’t seem to be many open roles like this at agencies. Are they a foregone need? Do I need to expand to different industries? TIA.

Im a RN and took on a new role working in Home Health. I chose this position because My husband & I recently moved to PA with our 2 kids (1&3), with no family available for his residency program with a hospital.
