It never happened to me that I noticed that the interviewer hasn't read my resume to be honest! That would be weird, how have you been selected in the first place? Maybe he/she skimmed through, but not read at all, that would be a first. What do you mean?
I am a UI focused developer, and in my past experience I worked on micro frontends and clearly listed that on my resume with what was improved. During my brief intro, I also mentioned that I am currently working on MFE.
However, the interviewer seemed to interpret this as microservices and started asking questions in that direction. I corrected them twice, but the conversation still kept going the wrong way. It made me wonder whether they had actually read my resume or fully understood the role I applied for, or if the interview was just a formality.
