I’ve noticed how differently interviews feel when the interviewer has actually read my resume. The questions go deeper and the conversation flows better. It’s a small thing that makes a big difference. Have you noticed this too?

I was recently offered a Zoom interview. The school had 10 interview slots for me to choose from. Three were one day this week and the rest are next week. I chose the first time slot available. Should I have waited until one of the last slots so I was fresher on their mind when choosing a candidate? I am just sitting here stressing out until I here something. Also, do interviewers still appreciate a hand written thank you for the interview?

I’m starting my PhD in environmental engineering and would like to know what jobs there are to apply to after I complete my degree. Is it true that companies are hesitant to hire PhD-degree holders, and if so, what can I do to advocate for myself in job applications?

How long does it take EY GDS to hire? I've applied for some positions (bcom fresher) on June last week.
