Just logged into my Marriott account and my platinum elite downgraded to gold elite. That does not sound correct, right? I had to get 40 nights to retain titanium so it seems weird to skip two levels

The new SPG app is not intuitive at all, very hard to navigate i find.

Almost 4 weeks in and my status is still wrong. It was correct for the first ~1 day and then bumped down a level. Shouldn’t be hard as all my nights last year were SPG. This is ridiculous.
