JD. I accepted an offer with PwC. Bar pass bonus isn’t mentioned in the offer letter, but I was admitted to a bar in 2019. Am I still able to get the bar pass bonus? Thanks!

Depends if you are technically a campus hire, I believe. If campus hire then yes. If not, not sure.

like

Yes

I don’t think so, based on my past experience you only get the credential bonus if you get the credential while you are employed with the firm. This could have changed though.

I got mine even though I passed the bar a year before joining

If you’re a campus hire then yes. I got admitted in 2017, but still got my bar bonus this year.

Can you describe the process in which you received your bar bonus? I'm having trouble finding information on how to apply for the bonus.

like

Campus hire

Appreciate all the answers. It looks like I’m a campus hire—that’s what it says on Look Inside, at least.

Then you should be eligible. I came as an LLM, a year after I took the bar. In addition to getting the pass bonus of 5000 I submitted all the receipts for Barbri, the bar exam, and license fees and got reimbursed for that too.

Hi,
just wanted your suggestions,
I have 4.2yrs of experience with 14.9ctc in same company without switch.
Now as I have taken permanent work from home due to location issue, they are reducing my package by 13%, so from next month CTC will be 13.7,
Currently I have TCS offer of 16.7CTC.
Is it worth going to TCS, as I have heard they dont give much hike, if I stay in current company in 2years I will reach the package TCS is giving me.

I would like to hear your thoughts and opinions here.

Hi guys, so a friend of mine has been head hunted for a job as a designer position for a interior design company. His current job is a good position which puts him on track to be creative director in 2 years. His current job is a great role, loves what he does but he’s not being paid as much as he should and he’s pretty curious about this other job offer. He’s thinking of going for a meeting with the other company. What kind of questions do you think should be asked in the meeting?
