JD/LLM here (CPA eligible). Thinking about starting my own small firm after my second year as a manager (current S2, so in like 3-4 years). Does anyone have any advice on it, and for those who have done it, what's something you would have done differently. TIA!

Recently got an offer for salesforce sales strategy (105K TC) vs Morgan Stanley IB Strategy (135K TC). Salesforce will be 40-50 hours a week remote until 2022 and then will have a hybrid working model, most likely going in office 2-3 times a week vs Morgan Stanley will be on average 60 hours a week in office full time. Is it worth the 30K extra in compensation to commute to office daily + 10-20 more hours per week? In terms of pay progression, I think Morgan Stanley will definitely be a lot fast
