I have been looking at the curriculums for Harvard Business School's Master of Business Administration and Harvard Extension School's Master's in Management. They both have the same requirements, generally speaking, including a field immersion course that serves as a capstone in the Master's in Management, which is fairly new. So, i put in my resignation and my manager calls me up. He says that he hired me during a bad time, i.e. during COVID pandemic last year, but it feels to him that when I felt convenient i am packing my bags and leaving. I have my thoughts to it, but do you also feel that I am leaving when it's convinient for me?!

For context: I spent 6 years in my previous organization and then joined current company where I've worked over 1.5 years with barely any learnings and any actual work.

Does Accenture Strategy & Consulting not provide salary breakup in the offer letter? Or am I being scammed?

The offer letter states only 16L + 27% Variable over it.

I asked the HR for the breakup and they said I will be deciding my own break up after on boarding.
