Joined a service based giant 10 months ago and been on bench ever since I joined. I did decent enough of dsa but couldnot go till graphs and trees. I tried learning reactJS but did not feel interesting. I did dsa in java but there is already huge supply of java devs in the market. Could any one suggest which skill I could learn and switch in 3 months to a PBC.. Any guidance or tips would be helpful.

I’m 27 & going to go to back to college for my bachelors. I have worked in the legal field for about 8 years & I’m burnt out. Our company is a small company with 80-100 employees in India, what the company does is ask us to track every single minute of our day, from getting into the office to what time we got up for lunch, tea, etc. for everything we have to put a log, do you guys think this is a healthy process for a company to grow? All the employees be frustrated that they have to go to office regularly and finish 9 hours somehow, a measured break time is also allocated.
