Joined as Associate Consultant in a newly formed Big 4 entity 4 months ago. Still on bench, no projects allocated. Even when I push for one, they only offer irrelevant tech stacks (not aligned with my skills/stack). Pros of staying: Hit 6-month mark for resume stability, maybe things pick up as the entity matures.

Cons: Wasted time, no learning/ growth

Advice needed: Stick it out to complete 6 months, or look Outside?

Hi guys, I got a feeling that big 4 or T2 companies kinda quiet in jakarta as opposed to MBB where they conduct lots of recruiting events (management consulting). Any reason for that particularly or maybe big 4 prefer internal hiring only?

Been interviewing for front end dev - 5YOE. Had been with Deloitte USI as a Consultant back in India. Applying for big 4's and tech firms but seems like they have been taking forever to review the applications (2-3 weeks now for few since applied!)

The second project/client they tagged asking me to wrok on FTP L1 Monitoring and t-shoot.
Again this is not relevant to my exp(6 years in Network).

I joined Accenture 5 months back as a lateral hire ( Level 11 ) and have been a part of a project since day one.

I am not enjoying my work here, no motivation at all. Dreaded to report to work and having stress and anxiety. My manager is trying to micromanage me as productivity is on the lower side.

Another thing is, I have started to dislike my current tech and no more interested in it.
