Are the roles at firms like Interbrand and Lippincot analogous to Big 4? I.e. is a director at KPMG or Senior Manager at EY a director/SM at Interbrand? Looking to apply and would appreciate insight.

Considering applying for an entry level business analyst (consulting) position at a competitor Big 4 firm. I just completed my first year in audit, so I’m wondering if it’s still appropriate for me to apply as entry level instead of experienced hire?

I received an offer from big 4 with 60% hike. My managers wants to retain and I asked them to match if you want me to be retained.
Now I got a call from GPM yesterday. He used harsh words like "being greedy" "selfish" etc and offered me 30% in the end.
I politely declined but he asked me to reconsider as he said "it would be unfair for the org for you to leave so soon."

Let me know a proper response.

Also what do you think of this behavior by GPM?

what is the pay range for role - manager 1 assurance at pwc sdc kolkata?i have 6.5 yoe and joined at 21lpa + 10% vp, four months back. managers from other big 4 start around 28lpa. does sdc kolkata pay m1 this much only or have they underpaid me? i am considering dropping paper and looking out again.

Big 4 firms are extremely risk averse. It obviously depends on the infraction but this considerably decreases your viability as a candidate, especially if it is for inappropriate behavior or financial malfeasance.

Anyone hiring a recruiter, preferably campus? 2 YOE at Big 4 firm, additional unrelated YOE in prior path. 80k salary or higher? Ty in advance!
