Years of Experience - 11+ years

Current TC : 23 Fixed + 3.3 (Bonus) + 20 lacks Stocks

Existing Total CTC ~48lakhs

JPMC Offering CTC : 45 Fixed + some undisclosed bonus

Is this is good CTC to accept, I tried to negotiate with the other higher offer I had but JPMC refused saying we offer based on what we feel is correct.
