What about if we expanded our benefits package to include competitive parental leave, family planning services such as adoption, IVF and egg retrieval as well as annual inflation adjustments to compete with the tech and consulting firms that are stealing our talent?

No one be getting to use that unlimited PTO here.
It varies by agency and position.
Unlimited PTO is a scam.
I have it too and have at different jobs. It’s more about the fact that they don’t have to pay you for unused days if you leave the company.

But Publicis has by far the worst creative talent of all the holding companies…
Um I'm at an Omnicom shop and we get flex time (separate from vacation time).
We don't get unlimited sick days but we accrue a lot.
If you mean unlimited PTO, that's a scam.
Also, nothing could ever, ever get me to go back to a Publicis agency. Nothing.
We don’t have unlimited sick days.
I believe this is true for both Razorfish and Publicis Sapient.
I use that unlimited PTO and will gladly keep it. But to AD1’s point, add in the rest and yeah, I’ll stay.
