I only had one round for EY and I came in as an experienced hire
After the hirevue interview that included the game assessment, I had one more interview that included about 3 managers on the panel. I appreciated EY for coordinating it that way because I could’ve easily had three separate interviews with each manager. I had multiple phone calls with the recruiter before receiving my official offer letter. Oh, I only had a few technical questions during the interview with the managers.
I’ve heard as many as 11. Not kidding. Probably lots of variables there. Mine was 1

You serious? Lmao I went to a target school and I think the partners mostly talked about football (note that I did not get recruited to those firms 🥲🤣)
I had 3 interview rounds 2.5 years ago (initial recorded response questions, virtual video interview with a sr. mgr, and then final in person office visit and partner interview). Not familiar with any hiring games lol but I'd highly doubt there will be any technical portion. Big 4 likes to bring in fresh faces that know nothing and raise them from ground up. As long as you qualify on paper and the 'behavioral' interviews go well we'll take anybody.
Recently went though this as well as an experienced hire - after hirevue I had 3 separate 1:1 interviews all within a few days of each other. Follow up with the recruiter if you don’t hear back after a week (it’s not always a bad sign, they’re just busy too)
