Just got an offer from Abbott for a Manager position. Base salary is 175k but they're not giving out the stock options. Any idea on what Abbott offers in stocks for such a role?

Hello, I am a junior business administrator working in advisory operations. I have been with the company for 6 months, and was employed along with 2 other colleagues.
