Just got an offer with Avanade as a data scientist. It's a 35% increase in salary. Still waiting for the offer letter to come through. Does anyone know how long it takes for transition to take place. Im on H1-B. And, my senior consulting friends what advice do you have for me when in Avanade.

Our comp system is slightly complex so we know promotions Dec-Jan while bonuses are paid out late Feb-Early March (aka 2-3 months)
