Accenture folks, seeing lots of news about layoffs at other firms here. Are we in the same situation?

We use Deloitte India for a number of parts of our delivery. Recently I have seen some unethical practices that violate labor laws and do not align with Deloitte principles. My manager says it isn’t my problem as they are a vendor but I can’t help thinking I have an ethical responsibility to do something. Any advice as to how to approach this without being fired?

I am currently working as a delivery manager for a data science project where I manage both ML and DE teams. I am not sure what career path should I follow.

Should I move into either a core technical data science/data engineering role or move into a techno-managerial role like a program or project manager? What role would be best in terms of money, growth, and job security?

Do you take the current economy into consideration when receiving job offers? For example you receive a good offer from a company like Meta/TikTok but are hesitant because they could be laying off soon or rescind an offer versus a lower offer at a more traditional and stable company that tends to be less reactionary with regards to layoffs? I have a job offer in Australia and the company is offering to apply for a TSS visa for me. But they can't give me any idea on timeline. I've heard anything from a month to 9 months. Has anyone here gone through this and knows how long it would take during Covid times?

I have offer of 16 LPA from Harman in IRI project bangalore. Is IRI project good? I have also offers from LTI of 17 lpa, Mindtree of 15 lpa and PWC India of 15 lpa. Which one should I go as my plan is to stay for 1-1.5 yrs and switch again?
