Just had a bad interview and little bummed. Anyone care to share shitty interview experiences of their own?

I have been a .Net backend dev for the past 6 years now with good enough exposure and experience in flutter and python. I was just wondering is it worth it to learn Xamarin now?
I recently read somewhere that even Microsoft has deprecated Xamarin.
Was just wondering if it would add an advantage to my learning and resume?

Tough time getting past final step: I’ve been trying to make a career shift for 10 months now and continue to get rejected at the last step. One of the company asked if i could join as early as in 1.5/2 months where I have 3 months NP and haven't put papers yet .. i asked one of my senior in my team about this who's already resigning...and she has told about this to the entire team 😶. I realise it's my mistake asking her :p

Whenever i have a big deadline, my body goes into a panic mode where my energy immediately goes to figuring out how I’ll get something done well and on time. Outwardly, I don’t seem stressed so no one notices but actually I usually feel like I have a cold: fatigue, headache, sore throat, sinus infection. When a task is done, i stop feeling like crap. It’s been like this since law school. Any tips on managing stress or moving towards doing good work without my body shutting down lol?
