Worst process to get into project in nagarro.
First go through the internal project interview then client interview if not selected then again tons of interview. Why they people take interviews at the time of hiring.
I am feeling depressed now.
In this tough time where companies are firing their employees, i am not having any project due to this pissed process in nagarro.
Joined on 1sep 2022.One more interesting fact giving interview in zs associate account(contractor) I never want to work as permanent.
Bain & Company Bain & Company Do you have any insights into what they are expecting in the second (last) round? I saw that there are two cases and a presentation. Are they more interested in professionalism than the "analytical" skills assessed in the first round? Do you have any more insights into the presentation?
Many thanks in advance

Go back to RSM and negotiate the offer. This will buy you some time. In parallel work GT and let them know you have a competing offer. Worst case you accept the RSM and wait for the GT offer to come in. Best of luck! Went through the afore mentioned when I graduated school
Thanks a lot for this!
Say you have another offer and do not want to be rude by putting one firm in an awkward position
That’s perfect. Say exactly that (minus the it was super easy part). That might get GT to fasttrack the process
What do other fishes with more experience think about this approach?
I guess decline. Unless there was a maybe option in the offer letter?
You should tell GT you have an offer plus your deadline for accepting. If they want you, they'll speed things along. Otherwise, take RSM and move on.
What are the positions for each?

I’ve been in this scenario. You can try and buy a few days by saying you need more time.
Realistically, you just need to make a calculated choice. How likely are you to get GT and would you be okay with staying at your current gig for a while longer if you don’t get it.
Also communicate very very slowly with anyone not GT lol
Would telling GT about the RSM offer really benefit me or is it just going to seem like me begging for a reply from them? Like if they’re going to offer me they’re going to offer right? Will me telling them that help them to decide quicker or are they more likely to just say okay we’ll join RSM lol I’m just kinda new to this coming out of under grad about a yr ago no real negotiation exp.
It will help speed things along. There’s so much behind the scenes stuff that all needs to get done involving other parties (interviewers submitting their feedback forms, offer reviews from partners etc). And if you are part of a batch of hires, a hold up for other candidates might slow things for you. If Recruiting can light a fire under anyone lagging by saying that this person has another offer in hand, it can definitely move things along for you.
Absolutely go back to both: negotiate the offer and tell GT what’s up. It may work with GT, may not. You’re in a good spot either way. Be straightforward and professional.
I had a couple other offers when I took a role recently; when the offer was made I told both other companies and they BOTH responded by trying to schedule another round of interviews! Told me everything I needed to know. I took the offer of course.
Accept the offer or ask for more money to further delay start date. Another option is to push out your start to give RSM a chance to provide an offer
Have you simply asked for an extension?
