Just wrapped up the PMF program in DC, but am realizing that federal work isn’t for me. I am hoping to move to Chicago and eventually pivot to the private sector in a job/career with >$200K long-term salary potential. Any advice on strategies to make this pivot? More specifically, I was thinking federal consulting could be a good position to “bridge the gap” (i.e., move to Chicago and gain business experience). Are there federal consulting jobs or other good roles for a “pivot” in Chicago?

Hello guys, Tomorrow is DOJ in INFOSYS and I have asked 1 week back for CTC revision by showing CGI OL and my HR told me that I got all approvals and will send my revised OL. Till now I didn't get. Yesterday HR told I will get it today. My DOJ is tomorrow. I am tensed. I have asked the CGI to offer to revise my date to dec 10th. Will infosys give it today or they are double crossing me?

Booz Allen does not pay bonuses until you get to the Senior Associate level (1 step below Director) and I think that impacts employee performance and work ethic pretty dramatically. I’m wondering if not paying bonuses is common to federal contracting because of how the contracts or priced, or if this is something unique to Booz Allen.
