Hi folks, Anyone from indirect taxation can tell if senior 2 salary we can expect around 13-14L? Currently I am senior 1 and taking salary around 11L fixed?

What is the bonus structure like at Alvarez Marsal? I’ve heard it’s possible to reach 50-100%. Is that realistic for audit and tax folks?

I’m having a really bad time at KPMG for the last 3 years (currently an S2 and received a nice salary bump and raise). I am sick of the external audits and general high pressure work environment. I have been in touch with ex-KPMG colleagues who have left for Protiviti. They claim they have never worked more than a 45 hour week (which are rare). I applied, and it seems that they are able to match my current KPMG salary and have similar bonuses. Am I making a mistake by transferring firms?
