Hi, I’m new here and pretty much in the industry too , I have experience in food service and bartending (a year) in different companies but I do have a bachelors degree in hospitality and administration with a minor in events management and I would like to know how I can get a job that would help get up the ladder and make a good salary? Like which kind of job I could apply for and get hired that would help me to climb up the fastest?

Can anyone help the ctc of Associate II in Transfer Pricing department in PWC AC (with 2 years of YoE)? Is there city wide difference?

Is this legal? My spouses company just decided to change their comp structure for account managers. It was base + comm, now it’s commission only but nothing changed, OT commission is the same, didn’t get more points, just took away the base pay and said work harder basically. So now they have to worker harder to get $50k they were already making. (Not a decision based on employee performance, they’ve been crushing it. I think the company is just trying to save money they overspent else where)

I gave 5 rounds in Kyndryl. Received email to fill form for background check which includes current org offer letter and pay slips. There was no discussion for salary and compensation.
When called HR.. both HRs are not receiving calls, neither responding emails.
