Does this mean that they are waiting for others to complete their interview or am I rejected? If not ,how many days they tak appxm to make a decision. I have been giving a few interviews lately and every Company is asking me to confirm if i can get my NP reduced from 90 Days to 45 or 60 Days. I'm still under probation but assigned to a Project already. Should I ask my Account Manager and HR about it or its unethical to do so. Am i making a mistake to ask and confirm about NP even before my offer letter or its ok to just enquire what's the process and possibility to reduce NP as we have buyout option too.

I interviewed at KPMG on 11/14 and got a verbal offer the next day but since then waiting to hear from them. Been following up continuously but the partners are not replying it seems. Licensed in LA, moving to IL, Employment Agreement is with the US sub (DE) of a foreign company (Canada), where both the sub and parent are fully remote companies with 0 physical offices. Two questions: 1) Am I required by IL or DE to apply for a limited in-house license? 2) Has anyone heard of similar situations where the atty got popped for UPL?
