YYY, aren’t you on my level?

A BCG recruiter ghosted me after she reached out to schedule an interview. How long should I wait before following up? What is the common courtesy to give to ppl at BCG. I don’t wanna come off as too aggressive but I really need to get this interview set as there are other pending confirmations Boston Consulting Group

Super crazy. If you're cool working alllllll the time with (reportedly) a lot of politics, more power to you. I'm too old to work like that anymore.
One of our old digital producers works there now. She has been there a little under a year now probably. I realize this is not particularly helpful, but noting that the switch from digital producer to in-house definitely can be done.
Heard it's crazy hours. Large scopes (intl localization, lots of titles, etc). Sounds like relatively fast turnover so people can get it on their resume and move on. Sounds exciting to me regardless because they're growing so much.
@180LA1 - Actually that is super helpful to know! I was wondering how common the crossover was.
Awful and egotistical. Lots of layers of management. Toxic politics. Very long hours. And they love to fire people, often with no rationale other than "you're not a A player." I know several A players who got fired from there.
Best thing to do is interview there. If you're like me, you'll meet a couple of arrogant douchebags who will spend much of the time telling you how great they are before cutting the interview short (just as you're wondering how to find your way out of the conversation yourself). Then you'll thank the universe that you didn't end up working for them.
..aaaand my dreams are crushed 😭
