I would appreciate any insight on management-side employment law in Dallas. I am a MLA at a large firm in LA pondering a move for financial/family reasons, but it doesn't seem like there are many open positions in DFW and I'm wondering if this area of the law is just not robust in Texas.

We are looking to restructure our marketing team (B2B IT services) and one of the questions I have is: how does recruitment marketing / employer branding fit into the marketing team?
Over the last year EB and RM have become increasingly larger parts of our team’s work, but it’s not part of the marketing commercial targets (just helping recruitment meet their targets). Are they completely separate in your company? Or part of the team and if so how?

Has anyone ever thought of liposuction? I have no idea how much it costs but I feel ever since my hysterectomy in 2017 I can’t get rid of this pouch around my mid-section. It is not helping my esteem levels lately!!

Hi everyone - Is anyone doing a workout program they’ve seen results from? I’m looking to tone up and lose about 10-15lbs. I follow some trainers and people on Instagram but it seems everyone posting about their great results are in their 20’s & 30’s - I used to see great results then too :) looking for suggestions from women in their 40’s+ . I know eating is a huge part, and I do put a lot of focus on that as well. Just wanted to throw the question out in hopes of some ideas/inspiration. TIA!

I wanted to start a thread. What vitamins / supplements / medications are you taking for your menopause symptoms? I’m supposed to take Estradiol pills twice per day but sometimes am horrible at remembering. I should be taking D3 per my Doctor but when I ran out earlier in the year I never bought more. The same goes for my multivitamin although I’m sure I really need one! I wonder if I should just use natural remedies like Black Cohosh, but that didn't work well for me.

I am 52 I have been feeling so tired and when I was in my 40’s. I had a lot more energy. Now I am so tired after work - but I have 4 girls ages, 16-15-13-9. I am going through menopause and my Osteoarthritis hurts somedays and that doesn’t work. Any advice how to keep up with my four girls while feeling crummy?!?

Just venting - In my 50 and tired of monthly periods with no end in sight. According to blood/hormone tests I’m pre/peri menopause. I hate the drier skin, hormone changes, thinning hair and weight gain (no matter how I adjust my diet and exercise the scale will not budge). Fortunately the one symptom I don’t have is hot flashes. Sigh. Does this get better at any point?

I finally broke down and went back on HRT last week. I have been taking gabapentin for a nerve injury which I’ve learned helps hot flashes. I can’t tell a significant difference yet aside from maybe getting a little better sleep. I saw a new doctor (male) to get my prescription refilled and he seems to have a different philosophy than my last doctor (female). He wants me to be on HRT until 51, but after that he doesn’t recommend it. I hope by that age I’ll be off the gabapentin…

Premenopausal and I am a complete mess, cry randomly, it’s so embarrassing. I cried at the drs , I cry watching tv, I cry driving home . I can’t handle my emotions . And I literally have nothing to cry about I’m beyond blessed . On the other hand I have turned into a hermit and hate leaving me house 😂😂😂😂 I use to jig 3 miles a day 4 days a week and that would kee weight off now with the same jog im gaining weight . . I just want to know im not the only person …

I’m curious how long people were in the peri menopause phase? I’ve read it’s an average of 4 years but I’m curious what people’s experiences are. I believe I am late stage peri menopausal and my periods have been very irregular for the past 9 months ranging 13-60 days between periods. If anyone has any studies you could point me to, I’d love to see those as well! I’m 40 and my mom entered menopause at 41.
