JPMorgan Chase recently introduced a policy change to increase the notice period to 60 days. I'm a 602 and resigned recently and yet my LWD is showing up as 30 days from now. Anyone recently resigned can confirm if they are facing the same or new policy is in effect. This is causing confusion with the next companies I'm interviewing with.

Sorry to hear. What practice?
Usually layoffs at the bottom level is performance-related. SC/M are usually the first to go in a soft market. OP any more insights on your layoff?
I was in an isolated market for my group so it was hard staffing me on travel projects. My performance was fine (clear progression doing the projects) but it was hard to get staffed on more involved/impactful projects like the rest of my peers who were based out of the hub cities with leadership. Performance wise it was perfectly in line with what 1st years should be doing, even my coach was very surprised that I was laid off bc he knew the situation I was in was out of my control
PLS commercial
I was in pharma/life sciences. Based out of Atlanta which was apparently an issue for staffing
If you are interested in provider there are some smaller firms that are doing really well in the market(lower rates). If you want to do provider work let me know and I can list out a ton of good firms.

M2 I'd love that! I'm willing to explore all options. How is the provider space doing relative to the rest of healthcare?
