Does anyone have any insights on what a typical Sr. Associate Director makes at Boehringer Ingelheim? I have a range of 170-180k which I think is fair but don’t want to be underpaid. There are definitely plenty of companies that accommodate, but I agree - many just say they're inclusive because it sounds nice and they don't want to be 'cancelled.'
Exactly I actually started a job this past August while taking my last class online and it was with a one of the biggest companies in the USA and i when I showed up the first day they did not accommodate at all it got to the point to where I physically couldn’t continue to work there so I left after 2 months to focus on my online class and look for other opportunities.

Have you had any internships in tech before? I noticed they are usually more supportive of rehiring individuals with disabilities than those without
I’m open for anything at the moment, it’s just hard to find a good entry level program with a good company thats fully remote.
I feel like there must be some out there. I’ll ask around my network and see if anyone knows of anything.
