Last Friday was International Day of Persons with Disabilities! I wanted to know if any tech companies actually hire and accommodate people with disabilities not just post about it! I know companies like Microsoft have an ability program specifically for new graduates with disabilities. Anyone know of any other companies that offer programs like this? As a new graduate with a disability it has been hard finding a job at a company with a inclusive culture. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Thoughts on leaving PA primarily due to the metrics based culture (utilization, dtc, use of X digital tool, revenue, margin, etc). Few days before of my joining date, i came to know that the technology stack from customer got changed and customer had no requirement for which i was hired.
