I also literally just started contributing to my 401K so I’m also late in the game for that too.

When someone tells me bad news regarding their health, I say everything I am supposed to say (I’m sorry to hear that, I’m here for you, etc) EXCEPT “everything is going to be ok”. Hi guys, I am looking for a change after 11 years serving in the current organization. I have total 13 yrs exp. with only 13 LPA as I am in the same organization and didn't switch. With EY in the HR discussion they stated 19.4 LPA fixed, but I requested for 20 LPA fixed (though the difference is not much). The HR stated they may need to take approvals and the call ended.
