Leaving for France this week. Does anyone have positive experience with shipping services for wine? I am worried about a case being handled roughly if I were to check it through my airline.

I am very curious about this as well. I anecdotally heard that if it is shipped then you have to pay additional import fees/ duties but was having a hard time confirming if that was actually true.

I'm going to France in the summer and want to bring a case or two back but also don't know how to beat handle it and potentially if the heat of being on the tarmac might do damage to the wine enough to make it not worth it

FJ12 band is which level??

I've done so well in this new role within the company that they are hiring another person to assist with what I do. I've voiced to my boss that I'd like to manage this department and they indicated that this is the thought for the future. Now they are asking me to train this person while I have my plate full. Is it wrong for me to expect either a promotion or to be paid to train this person?
