Helloo 🎏 .. need your thoughts on below 👇

PwC India Hi folks,
I graduated with Master studies in business at Singapore, and recently moved to India. I am currently looking for a consultant role in strategy functions at big4 in India. Here in India, most of the roles in MC & strategy advisory fills through referrals and campus recruitment, and not posting on the websites. I’d like to connect with people at big4 strategy functions for referrals and to know more about the firms operations
Thanks!

I wrote them back and I said I only used what was allocated and that we could let the courts decide this disagreement.
Yup. A1 is right. Unauthorize them from making ACH deductions. Tell them, 'You do what you need to do. And I'll do what I need to do.'. It's not a threat but let's them know you won't be pushed around.
Kept no records personally but wrote the letter back in a strong professional way and sent it certified mail with a return receipt to show I was serious.
@SA1...easiest thing to do is to close the account and get a new number...make it a clean break where no In has access to info.
They did respond to me and I had partial of a stat bonus in there too. The response I got was that they were not going to pursue anything and it was a letter absolving me of any money owed.
Your bank can set your account to credits only but that’s rarely done and requires a good case - usually for anti-fraud. It is possible though!
Thanks @A1. Did they ever respond to you? And how long ago was this? I do have a small piece of my signing bonus that needs to be repaid which is fine but I have no idea how they got to the overuse of vacation days
Have never seen this and I’m shocked they are spending the time and resources trying to claw this back. Shame on them for not doing the math correctly before you left - their issue. As a suggestion - do you have a good relationship with a partner / your former counselor who can make this go away? (He / she will likely see the silliness in all of this and quash this and tell HR to call the dogs off.)
Ah ok. They have a number to call. I’m debating whether to call in addition to writing to them or just write to them as calling could be risky. Thanks for the help!
