Let’s agree to not visit any old people until this blows over....send your Grandma a Facebook Portal. And if you live with any immunocompromised person (“live” not “know”) it’s time to WFH.

A1 - what product does your grandmother use? Is there something easier for folks in the 70s and 80s? Please share.

How exactly are people going to avoid the “immunocompromised” ? We don’t wear signs. And many don’t have the WFH option and/or sick leave.

KPMG1...yikes! I'm immunocompromised and can't afford to be a hermit, having a kid will do that. Do you also hate herd immunity by any chance?

I gave up on Facebook years ago, was thinking of a cheap option that’s not a fancy phone.

I’m relatively new to working out. Just joined F45 and love it! Wish I got into it sooner. So I’m good at pacing myself thru out the workouts and not over exerting myself. I was considering doing it every day of the week bc I love how I feel after. Is that overkill? Genuinely curious

Hi anyone needs a CM working remote?

Anyone else have bipolar disorder? I really have a hard time when my boss says I didn’t do something entirely correctly I can just completely spiral out of control if I’m in the wrong mood cont.

I’ve suffered from workaholism for a long time. Thanks to a lot of great self help books and therapy, I’m no longer putting work on a pedestal and I’m spending a lot more time on self care and my marriage. But, unfortunately, I am now getting withdrawals, because my body is used to the daily adrenaline of throwing myself into work. It’s this terrible feeling of like anguish/unease in my gut, but I don’t have anything I’m worried about- it’s like my body wants to find something to worry about.

Does anyone here suffer from bipolar disorder? How do you manage it and working in law? I see a therapist, and a psychiatrist, and am on medication, but I still have days where I wake up and I’m so depressed I can’t move. I’m working on remedying this with my doctors, but how does one approach mental health issues with their employer? I never felt the need to until I realized how much being bipolar can affect my ability to work.
